Lansinoh or Medela
My wife has tried Lansinoh, Medela, and Advent nusing pads.
Out of the three, she thought the Lansinoh and Medela pads were equivalent and that the Advent pads were the worst when it came to absorbancy. She averages about 2-3 nursing pads per day.
This three box deal on Amazon is definitely cheaper than buying a single box at Target, especially if you plan on nursing for a long time. Just plan ahead to account for the shipping time so you don’t run out prematurely.

Excellent…but pink…
I really, really, really wish Lansinoh would consider changing the pink to white…it is the only negative for these pads (and the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5). The Lansinoh Ultra Soft pads are white, if I remember correctly, and they are SUPER soft and comfortable. However, fewer came in each box and they were more expensive. Anyway, these pads are great (aside from the pink) — and, if you don’t normally wear white/light colored shirts, not a problem at all. If you would like to wear white/light colored shirts occasionally (like me), maybe buy a spare box of the Ultra Soft or another brand (although I’ve tried all other brands, and none were as good as these) to wear under those shirts.

Don’t waste time & money on anything else!
As a mother who has breastfed two children, I can honestly say I’ve tried every disposable nursing pad out there and most of the washable (including Bravado which is supposedly the thickest, and LilyPadz — which is supposed to prevent but not for me) brands. These thick washable ones or even some of the disposable ones may work for you if you don’t have hyperactive let-down. If you do, like me, none of the others will work for you. The Lansinoh disposable are the ONLY ones that will prevent leaking through for me.

Works Great with our Ameda and Medela Pumps!!
We bought these bottles to use with our Medela PIS and Ameda Purley Yours Breast Pumps, yes, we bought both. We chose to use these bottles since the Medela 5 oz bottles cost a bit more, and the Ameda bottles are not BPA free. The Lansinoh bottles work great with both brands! The only thing I don’t like is that the caps are two piece caps and the Medela Bottles have the solid one piece lids. I just use my 80ml Medela bottle lids with these since we are no longer using them anyway, and they work great and there are no pieces to loose. You can put any standard bottle nipple ring on the bottles so you don’t have to change bottles if you don’t want too, and you can just throw some nipples and rings already put togehter in a zip bag and throw them in your diaper bag for later. You can also find the Lansinoh storage bottles here on amazon in the 8 and 12 pks!! Hope this helps.

Yep Works great!
I’ve had 3 different manual breast pumps (1 with each of my babies). Out of Avent, Medela, and Lansinoh. Lansinoh is my favorite by far. Easy to put together, clean and use. I’d buy it again.

Works like a champ
I love this pump. It’s comfortable, does the job and it’s easy to clean and reassemble. It packs up neatly and I take it work with me. It doesn’t come with a travel case, but that’s what Ziploc baggies are for. I like the fact that it came with spare parts in case one piece went missing and the storage bottles are just the right size. It will also work with Medela and Similac bottles. I’m sure the battery operated pumps are great, but I find this works just fine. I have yet to complain about a Lansinoh product.

Best Bags on the Market!
I have tried a few brands of bags but Lansinoh are definitely the BEST! I am especially fond of the double zipper feature which minimizes human error in sealing the bags. I use the Playtex drop-in bottles and these bags fit very nicely inside the bottle. I just defrost, place in the bottle, and fold the top over. The nipple screws on a bit tight but it still fits perfect. I LOVE these bags!!!

Good storage option
I’ve used them since I’ve gone back to work to store breast milk. They’re great. I like the double zip, tissue-like dispense pack design and most importantly the tab for writing the date of expression and volume is separate (easy to read and will not bleed through). They allow me to freeze flat. The only slight disappointment is that it does not fit exactly in the freezer storage box I have (the sides are a little crunched) but I can still use them in it. I know other reviewers have lamented the accuracy of the volume; but it you stand it up on it’s bottom so it can stand on its own (carefully of course, it is liquid gold!) it’s pretty accurate. I would highly recommend these!

Convenient for Storing and Feeding
These bottles are cost-efficient and of very good quality. They fit on my Medela pump and I can screw on a Dr. Browns nipple, collar, and vent (with the straw cut down) for feeding — no need to transfer the milk to another bottle! I also think the amount the bottles hold is preferable to other breasmilk storage bottles because you can fill them with a full 5oz and there is still plenty of room at the top for freezer expansion.

My only word of caution is that when using with the Medela pump, the threads do not fit on very securely because the bottle top is slightly narrower than Medela bottles. So just be careful not to knock the bottle off your pump while expressing!

Great product
These storage bottles work interchangably with my medela bottles and allow me to pump while at work and provide sitter with bottles for the next day. Much better and less mess than the storage bags! Just wash and reuse them! These definitely worth the investment!

Excellent pump, very easy to use!
I love this pump. I can sit back on the couch watching a movie and pump 8oz. It’s easy to clean. It’s easy to use. All the things that you would want from a pump. Only negative comment is it is somewhat bulky, so it’s not that easy to travel with.

Great, especially for the price
I didn’t want to buy a more expensive pump since I won’t be returning to work full time however I can’t imagine that the more expensive pumps work better than this. I used the hospital grade pump while trying to get my milk to come in and this works just as effectively. 5 stars all the way, no need to spend the extra cash on a fancier pump.

A lot easier to use than Medela.,
I used the hospital grade Medela Lactina for about a month and a half and while that one was quieter (not by much) this one is more convenient and takes up less room.
The suction is not as strong as I’d like it to be, but for $150 you can’t complain about that.
The pump makes a weird beeping sound when in use, so if your child is a light sleeper use it somewhere where you won’t disturb the baby.
